E che c’entra? Importante è accusare), in tale attesa notiamo solo che i signori della sinistra salottiera che hanno deciso la morte di Berlusconi stanno tirando troppo la corda. È vero che il popolo italiano non ha gran tradizioni rivoluzionarie, però qui c’è il serio rischio che la gente, a furia di vedere quanto i politicanti di mestiere se ne strafreghino del loro voto, incominci a incazzarsi sul serio. E fin qui, nulla di grave. Ma andiamo nel gravissimo laddove vediamo che l’iniziativa recepisce una risoluzione del Parlamento Europeo del 18 gennaio 2006 in cui l’omofobia è definita « una paura e un’avversione irrazionale nei confronti dell’omosessualità e di gay, lesbiche, bisessuali e transessuali (GLBT), basata sul pregiudizio ». Come “pregiudizio” si intende ogni giudizio morale contrario all’omosessualità e alle deviazioni in campo sessuale. Quando esso si esprime in scritti o discorsi pubblici che non pongano su un piano di assoluta eguaglianza ogni tendenza e orientamento sessuale, può essere considerato come contrario al rispetto dei diritti dell’uomo ed essere oggetto di sanzioni penali. Lo stesso principio è enunciato dall’art. 21 della Carta fondamentale dei Diritti del cittadino di Nizza, resa giuridicamente vincolante dal Trattato europeo di Lisbona.
