Perché questo titolo? Riflessioni sulla partita di domenica...

Insomma s'era a giocare alla piscina della Honvéd contro una squadra di giovani e chiaramente più preparata di noi, almeno fisicamente...
Non sto a parlare dei dettagli della partita, finita 7-5 per loro, visto lo schiacciante parziale 4-0 del secondo tempo...
Fatto sta che ho dato qualche botticina per non farmi superare al ritorno in difesa, qualcosa a boa perché mi tenevano per il costume, cose normali per la serie C toscana...

A fine partita il coach/giocatore si lamenta con me per come ho giocato, per le botte ricevute (anche lui faceva parte di quei giocatori un pò più "animati" in acqua) e che in queste partite non si fa così ecc...
Mi chiede anche di dove sono (visto che parlavamo in inglese) e quando dico "Italia" fa un verso con la faccia come dire: "sì, ti pareva strano..."
E mi fa la predica come se lui (aveva almeno 40 anni) non avesse mai dato un pugno a nessuno...

E allora stasera, visto che non mi prende il sonno, volevo dire la mia (da ex-giocatore ma non allenatore) sul gioco violento nella pallanuoto:

1. in generale non si danno botte gratuitamente, senza ragione.
2. non si colpisce l'avversario fuori dall'acqua (sennò ti vede l'arbitro e ciò non è bello)
3. in generale non si inizia una "discussione" senza avere un buon motivo (della serie, ognuno ha le proprie ragioni)
4. quando la partita è finita STOP! quel che fatto è fatto
5. bisogna avere più "paura" di un giocatore silenzioso di uno che parla troppo
6. reggere il costume e fare gol (esultando troppo) sono buone ragioni per iniziare una discussione (punto 3)
7. se un avversario che ti nuota accanto ti colpisce col gomito verso la faccia, lo fa per ricordarti che non si nuota a testa bassa (e forse per rallentarti solo un pò)
8. mai colpire per rompere nasi o far davvero male (" non fare agli altri quel che non vuoi sia fatto a te "), stiamo sempre giocando ad uno sport...
9. comunque se me provochi te le stai a cerca' ... (sarebbe letto alla romana, il Mancio lo direbbe meglio...)
10. in alcuni casi si può iniziare una discussione con un avversario nel caso se la prenda con un tuo compagno di squadra (Usually young and inexperienced)

Una esperienza unica e per quello (forse) irripetibile, nel senso che non lo rifò più... la prossima volta aereo meridiana!

Ieri c'è stato il mio primo allenamento della stagione pallanuotistica!

Niente di particolare, s'è fatto un pò di riscaldamento, una serie da 5-4-3-2-1 vasche in vari modi (metà under water, mixed, ....), veche other sets of 2, 4 and dribbles a bit of fight in pairs ...
